SHIPMENTS

Confirmed domestic orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days and confirmed international orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. All orders are shipped from Lagos, Nigeria.

If you don’t find your preferred shipment country at checkout, please let us know at hello@sevenbymarietherese.com and we will do our best to help.

If you wish to make a change or cancellation, please let us know at hello@sevenbymarietherese.com within 12 hours after your order has been placed.

We offer complimentary express shipments on all domestic orders above $350.00 USD.

For pieces being shipped within Nigeria, prices are inclusive of tax. International customers are responsible for any local customs taxes and duties their packages may attract.

After custom officials calculate the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay the required charges for delivery. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes, your package will be delivered back to us at your expense.

We are legally required to declare the total value paid and include a printed invoice in all international shipments.

All shipment fees are non-refundable.

Seven by Marie – Thérèse will provide store credit valid for 15 months for returns.

The returned piece(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.

We have the right to refuse to accept returned pieces that are worn, washed, soiled and altered. We are not financially responsible for the return of refused pieces.

EXCHANGES

Interested in making an exchange? We’re happy to help you get the size/colour that suits you best depending on availability.
